I got to admit that,
I am over protective.
It's time for me to loosen a little.
Previously,
I was so worried that my youngest sister would be bullied, would be feeling lonely when she was selected to join National Service.
Now,
she is amazingly surviving there with her friends,
seeing her going through hard times bravely.
I am relieved.
I am really happy for her.
Now that I know,
both of my twins sisters,
are able to be independent.
And I should let them settle CERTAIN things on their own.
So proud of them.

Back to reality
it's the last day of Chinese New Year.
Time does fly.
Class actually started on last Monday but my CNY mood was not off yet :D
We actually welcomed the last day of CNY by having alcohol drinking session, last round of gambling. and putting up fire crackers.
Pictures time!
the bonding session with family, relatives, and friends went on well as I wished.
Let's hope that it will stay on, even until we get married.

Pictures time!
we combined a few into one long one
end result
we also had another type of fire crackers
And I found several pictures taken during CNY that are yet to be uploaded ;
Fatty loves Da Yi's cook
AND yes!
I went Dong Zen Temple with my bff,
and her friends.
That's how we get new friends, don't you think so?
I would say that I did enjoy Chinese New Year,
most importantly, the bonding session with family, relatives, and friends went on well as I wished.
Let's hope that it will stay on, even until we get married.
see you again next year, CNY

Happening CNY
Happy Chinese New Year
This year's CNY is more or less the same as previous years,
thank god that all of us still love gathering around during this festival,
definitely hoping that it stays the same as we grow older.

This is the day where we, one family sit down together, and have GOOD GOOD food. The picture below shows the amount of dishes my mother prepared. Thanks Mum!

This year, it's my first time visiting dear's dad side relatives in his grandmother's. The feeling was almost the same as previous year when I followed him to Tampin for his mother's side visit. Photos were taken in his grandmother's house, a residence temple, and Pavillion.
At night, as usual, cousins from mum's side came over for dinner. And there was when the CNY fun and joy got started.

This is the day where we goes over to mum's side grandmother's house. Nothing much to talk about as the usual meal, drinking session, gambling session were carried out. Photo below was taken before we departed.

Supposed to go Kota Kemuning with family but I decided to go another place with friends and love instead. Yes, it's 14th of February, Valentine's Day! Had a simple lunch with dearest, and then we went to hunt for our Valentine boy friend's present!
Before that, we sent our youngest sister off to Temerloh. Yes, back to her forest. Am gonna miss her until she comes back on March.

I would say, it was boring at the beginning of night. It then changed, thanks to our sudden reply to cousin's tweet. We all were bored, started tweeting, discussing where to go to Yum Cha. Great, Chatime, that was our final decision.
After Chatime, we weren't satisfied. We thought that we should hang out longer. There we went, to uncle's Bak Kut Teh restaurant.
I would say that I do love Chinese New Year,
because that's where the gathering and catching up moments start.
Treasure love ones,
and never let them down.

That's what we call, an escape!
How should we define semester break?
picture taken after we checked out, and before heading to tea house and butterfly farm
That's when we are totally getting rid of work, the stress in it,
and just SIT & RELAX, chill out for the whole day.
Semester break started off since mid January. I would say I did not really sit and relax as I still had classes going on at that time (external paper is taken, a pretty challenging one).
Well, luckily there was a trip awaiting: an escape from the noisy, dusty, heavy traffic city.
Let's cut this short.
Yes, I went Cameron Highland,
that's a total change of climate, environment from Kuala Lumpur.
Despite the absence of malls, I still love this place.
Simply cooling and breezy.
Despite having the Sun,
I still could feel the coldness. AWESOME.
The journey to Cameron Highland,
wasn't easy,
the curvy road up hill especially.
picture taken after we shopped at pasar
the morning view from our room,
So so so cooling when I opened the hotel room window.
butterfly farm
Spotted *me, taking various shots of the butterfly from different angles.
this is one of the results :D
one of the shots taken in butterfly farm
The road to tea house, for our breakfast.
spot the glass tea house
wouldn't have enjoyed so much without him
*take note of the background, the greenish view.
The greenish view, is good for our eyes,
especially humans in KL.
Next up! Cactus, Vege farm.
Strawberry cake, strawberry pancake,
fries with tomato sauce, strawberry hot chocolate,
fresh strawberries with whipped cream, strawberry milkshake.
Parsley plant
photo taken with his mum and sisters,
before heading back to KL
it was indeed an enjoyable break taken out of busy life,
where we just sit and relax,
while enjoying the awesome greenish scenery with your love one,
this is what we call,
a sweet escape.
Thanksforthetrip,
AuntLily.
