thousand miles away from home

After studying in Tarc for approximately four years plus,
I have successfully completed the Advance Diploma in Banking and Finance,
and now I am proceeding to the 3 months Degree in Sheffield, UK.

Before that,
when most of my course mates were enjoying their break before flying off,
some of us took up Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
No doubt it was a challenging pathway,
where we had to attend few consecutive hours of classes every week,
where we had to study and at the same time, envied others who were enjoying so much out there,
where we had to forgo some of the chances of going out or etc,
but thank god for providing such a good tutor.
We almost gave up, but yeah, we managed to walk through it till exam day.
Thanks for the companion, my bff.
Thanks for your guidance, CKK.

Yes,
back to the title that I have posted.

Fly off day.
Honestly, I never thought this day would come so fast.
and honestly, I couldn't describe the feelings of being away from home so almost 4 months.
And this is my very first time,
to be out of home for such a long period.

Well,
I would say I am the lucky one,
as my dearest is coming along with me.
Thank god for that.
Or else, I would be crying every night,
wanting to go home so badly.

So yeah, I had my butt on the plane seat for almost 15 hours.
It was at first quite an awful flight due to the difficulty in sleeping comfortably.
but later on, it went on well because we were getting used to it.
Food on plane was good ( for a not-so-picky-me)
I saw everyone taking picture of the food but sorry, no plane food picture, except for this cute little thing here.

After hours of flight,
here I am,
landed on Manchester airport,
sat on a coach to Sheffield, a lovely and peaceful town.
The weather is, OMGOSHSUPERFREAKING cold.
*but getting used to it now

I shall let the pictures do the talking from now onwards

Basically,
the pictures were taken when we were on our way to our accommodation.
More posts about my life in UK in future time :)
stay tuned.
